On May 1, the Taipei CNC Machine Tool & Manufacturing Technology show was held at the TWTC exhibition hall, and the first professional robot event Robot Taiwan 2008 was held concurrently. Mr. Yuen-Chuan Chao, the President & CEO of TAITRA, was interviewed, and he gave a clear event overview before the shows. It was mentioned that TAITRA’s organizing a trade show because we need a total solution for every industry that require machine tools. TAITRA has held machine tools exhibitions before, as well as automation exhibitions, but in general, if we were provide to help the industry from design, manufacture, to packaging, then this will be the ideal showcase. This year’s show was broken down into 5 sections, and will feature 230 exhibitors who will use over 1000 booths which is 25% more than the last time.
