The Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI) co-organized the “2009 Taipei International Machine Tool Show”(TIMTOS) which was held at the TWTC Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1, 2, 3 and Nangang Exhibition Hall, from the 2nd ~ 7th March. The number of exhibitors has been growing steadily, making this year's show the biggest ever. The organizers are featuring nearly 30 show activities during the event, in cooperation with industry and academic groups. The “7th Taiwan Tool Awards for Excellence in Research and Innovation Competition” was also organized to encourage industry players to continue with their R&D efforts.......
